FAQ’s

Do I need an appointment?

Our doors are always open to browse, however appointments are recommended to try on dresses…especially on Saturdays.  Contact us by phone or by e-mail and we’ll get back to you.

How many people should I bring to an appointment?

Here’s our advice…of course you may bring as many friends and family as you would like…but remember the only opinion that matters is yours…it’s YOUR dress!  With a crowd of friends you will receive many opinions..wanted or not!

How early should I order my dress?

Most designers need 12-16 weeks to complete your gown.  However, please discuss earlier options at your appointment.  Some designers carry many styles and sizes in stock and rush orders are also available.  So if your wedding is only a few months away...we will do our absolute best to find the perfect gown in a short amount of time.  Please allow for 8 weeks before the wedding for alterations as well.  Bridesmaids’ dresses need 8-12 weeks to arrive in our store.  Rush shipments are also available.

 Do you have in-store alterations?

We do not have a seamstress on staff.  Alterations are not included in our gowns.  However, we do have several seamstress' to recommend that we trust and have even used ourselves!

I found the dress…now what?

So  you found the perfect dress and are ready to order….this is a very exciting day!!!
If your dress has a detailed hem such as lace, beading, etc….we may need to place a custom length order.  You will need your wedding day shoes for this, so that we can get the exact measurements for the hem.  There are additional charges for custom length.

We will then measure to find your gown size according to our size charts.  While we ALL have the best intentions to lose weight…please keep in mind that it’s risky to order your gown a size smaller…hoping to fit in it!!!

A 50% deposit is needed when we place your order.  We accept Visa, AMEX, MC, cash, and personal checks.
