White Traditions Bridal House made my wedding dress dream come true! I started my dress search close to home – trying on dresses in Jefferson City, Columbia, and Lebanon. Not a single dress that I tried was the ‘one’ – which led me to searching online. I found a dress that I thought would probably be the one – if I could just find a retailer that carried it so I could try it on. I remember calling White Traditions Bridal House and speaking with Jessica. SHE HAD THE DRESS. I really didn’t believe her when she said she had it – I made her repeat the style no. back to me to ensure we were on the same page. The drive was well worth it to meet Jessica and to try on what I thought would be THE dress. I loved it. I loved Jessica. I loved her warmth. I loved the atmosphere of her store. I will never forget it. My experience with White Traditions was un-comparable to the other bridal stores I visited. I would recommend White Traditions to anyone looking for the full package. I had a hard time finding my wedding dress. When we went to White Traditions my MOH pulled a dress of the rack and insisted that I try it on. It was the best reaction a soon to be bride could ask for. My best friend/MOH, my Mother and myself were just in awe. The dress fit like a glove and showed off my curves in a tasteful way. Jessica was so helpful with everything and I also found the perfect veil there. I must have asked a million questions via email and Jessica was sweet and quick to respond. I had been at many other bridal shops in the St. Louis area and dealt with mean old women that just wanted to make a sale. Jessica let me take pictures of the dress on before I made my final decision to buy which most dress shops don’t allow. She also let me bring in my family to show the dress to them when it had arrived. It was very special. She also recommended a great alterations person. Thank you again Jessica for the great experience and amazing customer service.

“After many of my friends went through the wedding dress shopping process – it became the part of my wedding that I was least looking forward to. I went to numerous St. Louis Bridal Shops – all failed in comparison to White Traditions Bridal Shop in St. Charles. The first time I walked into White Traditions, Jessica was extremely helpful and considerate. My experience at White Traditions Bridal House was the best experience I had at any bridal store. Jessica was friendly, helpful and never made you feel rushed. Even though Jessica knew which dress I was going to buy because I kept comparing it to every other dress I tried on, she was still patient with me and let me try on 8 or more dresses each time I went into the store. Because the customer service was so good at White Traditions I bought my dress there, even though the first time I tried my dress on, I was at another store. I wanted to give White Traditions my business because Jessica was so patient, helpful and willing to work with me! I also bought my headpiece there, and my bridesmaids and the groomsmen will be going through White Traditions. Every time anyone asks for a good bridal shop to go to with great customer service, I always recommend White Traditions! And I will continue to recommend the shop!
